If you build or run Shopify stores, our apps are probably already solving problems you solve by hand today. Register a client store, and you earn 25% of the net revenue it pays us for 12 months. Fixed terms, written down below.

The terms
Same for every partner. No tiers, no negotiation, nothing to decode.
- Rate: 25% of net revenue — what we actually receive for the store after Shopify's share.
- Duration: 12 months from the store's first paid charge, per referred store.
- Payout: quarterly, by the 15th of the month after each quarter ends, by bank transfer or PayPal against a simple invoice from you.
- Minimum: $100.00. A smaller balance carries over to the next quarter, it is never lost.
- Apps: Ruleproof, Rules2Tag and Product Undo History — one registration covers any of them.
- Currency: US dollars.
- Statement: each payout comes with a list of the stores and amounts it covers.
- Tax and invoicing: you invoice us for each payout and are responsible for any tax on it in your own country.
How it works
2. Register the store
Send us the client's .myshopify.com domain before it installs. We confirm in writing. An App Store install does not reliably carry a referral cookie, so the domain is the key.
3. The client installs
They install from the Shopify App Store, or you install for them with collaborator access. They approve permissions and billing in Shopify.
4. You get paid
Billing stays on Shopify and the client's normal invoice. Your 25% comes out of our share, never as a surcharge to them.
What it could add up to
10 client stores × $14.99/month (Ruleproof Unlimited) × 25% = $37.48 a month, or $449.70 over the 12 months.
An upper bound, not a forecast: it uses the list price, while the real figure is calculated on net revenue after Shopify's share, and only for stores that stay subscribed. Plan prices are on the pricing page.
What you would be referring
Built to one rule: a merchant can see what a change will do before it does it. That matters more than usual when it is a client's store, and your reputation on it.

- No theme code — nothing is injected into a client's storefront, so there is nothing to unpick if they ever leave
Questions
How do I join the Shopify app partner programme?
Email support@sushinet.fyi with your agency name, website and roughly how many client stores you look after. There is no portal or signup form yet, so the programme is run by email: we reply within two business days to confirm your terms, and you register each client store by sending its .myshopify.com domain before it installs.
Does Shopify pay the partner reward?
No. Shopify bills the merchant and pays app revenue to us. The partner programme is ours, separate from Shopify's, and we pay it.
What is the minimum payout?
$100.00 (US dollars). Payouts are quarterly, by the 15th of the month after each quarter ends. A balance below $100.00 is not paid yet and is not lost: it carries over to the next quarter and is added to whatever you earn then.
How is my commission calculated?
25% of net revenue, meaning what we actually receive for the store after Shopify's share, for 12 months from the store's first paid charge. Each payout comes with a statement listing the stores and amounts it covers.
What if the store installed before I registered it?
It is not eligible. Attribution only counts for a store registered and confirmed by us before its install. Stores that already have one of our apps installed are not eligible either.
What is not paid?
Revenue that is refunded or credited back, referrals of your own stores, and any month after the 12-month window for that store. If a store uninstalls, commission stops with its payments.
Can I install the app for my client?
Yes, with collaborator access to their store. The merchant still approves permissions and any paid plan in Shopify.
Does the client get a discount?
Not at the moment. One formula for everyone keeps it simple; we may add it later and will not change terms on stores you have already registered.
Can the terms change?
For new registrations, yes, with notice. Stores already registered keep the terms they were registered under for their full 12 months.
